Hot off the grill and packed with flavor, our sausages are made from locally raised meats. Expect classic bratwursts, spicy links, and specialty flavors sourced right from Delaware County farms.

🍺 Regional Craft Beers

Cheers to the Catskills! We pour an ever-changing lineup of NYS craft beers from regional breweries — from crisp, refreshing lagers to bold IPAs — all made for a perfect summer afternoon.

🌽 Farm-Fresh Produce

Sweet corn, garden vegetables, and seasonal specialties from local growers bring the menu to life. This is farm-to-festival at its finest, celebrating the agricultural roots of our community.

Six Hours of Live Music & Good Times

The Hobart Rotary Sausage & Brew Festival is a full afternoon of nonstop fun filled with food, music and activities for the whole family.

Six hours of live music keeps the park buzzing with everything from jazzy swing to roots rock and beyond — the perfect soundtrack for a lazy summer day in the Catskills.

The lineup this year includes:

  • 1:30-3:00pm: Leatherstocking Jazz Ensemble
  • 3:30-5:00pm: Fisher Cats
  • 5:30-7:00pm: Rollo White

Every year brings fresh talent and crowd-pleasing favorites back to the Town Park stage.

Raffles & Local Vendors

This is a joyful celebration of everything that makes the Catskills special: local agriculture, farm-fresh food, handcrafted beer, and the unbeatable energy of neighbors coming together.
